HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?
Annual Membership: includes full access to Member's Collections & Services, including M+ book boxes, digital content & magazine, free gift wrap, priority processing, member's rewards, promo codes & more!
IS MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED?
No. But definitely worth it!
Non-members have access to select collections, products & services, including select book box subscriptions. Gift-wrap is available for non-members for an additional fee.
WHAT WILL BE IN MY CRATE?
Each crate has a unique selection of options, allowing you to customize your needs and providing a detailed list of merchandise included. With the exception of our Books Only crates, all book boxes include dark & spicy books, themed bookish merch, and self-care goodies and other surprises.
CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN TROPE?
Yes. For most crates, there will be trope options at checkout. For additional requests, leave us a checkout note.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

ARE YOUR CANDLES SCENTED?
Our candles range from unscented to lightly scented. We avoid candles that have heavy perfume.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping
Member's orders receive priority status for processing. Shipping speed for non-subscription orders is based upon shipment speed selected at checkout.
Subscriptions
We begin processing and shipping subscription orders twice monthly, on the 5th and 20th of each month. If your subscription comes in after the cut-off date, it will go out with the next batch. We process within seven business days after the cut-off date (shipping options at checkout).
Returns
We take great care to see that the items in your crate are secure for shipping. We do not accept returns, but we do issue replacements for severely damaged books. Please send us an email with photographs of the damage.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscriptions via your customer portal at any time. If you need assistance, please let us know via chat or email, and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours!
